online roster system

Dear PSJ members

The Phonetic Society of Japan had been creating a roster of members every three years. Its creation had asked for the members’ cooperation as well as expending a vast amount of time and budget. The roster had often included old information about the member’s affiliation as it was updated only once every three years. Some members had also pointed out the difficulty of searching information through paper-based rosters.

For the reasons listed above, we have decided to introduce an online roster system along with moving the administrative work to an outsourcing company (International Academic Publishing). You will be able to access the roster through MyPage on the PSJ website.

The new online system is user-friendly. Members will also be able to update their information through this page. Updated information will immediately be reflected on the page.

The login information (ID and initial password) is addressed on the annual membership bill for AY2015. The printed version of the roster is no longer available. If you have any questions, please send an inquiry to the PSJ office.
