  • From JR Nishi-Ogikubo Station, north exit, walk 12 minutes.
By bus:
  • From JR Nishi-Ogikubo Station, north exit, take the bus bound for Kichijoji Station (leaving from bus stand #1), and get off at Joshidai-mae.
  • From JR Kichijoji Station, north exit, take the bus bound for Nishi-Ogikubo Station (leaving from bus stand #3), and get off at Joshidai-mae.

All participants must register before attending the convention. Please also purchase the proceedings at the registration desk (1,500 yen for presenters and students, 2,500 for members, and 3,000 for non-members).

Reception
A reception will be held on the first day (9/24) from 6pm at Hiroshima Prince Hotel, 2nd floor. The fee is 5,000 yen (2,500 for students). We encourage you to pre-register for the reception. Lunch (bento)
Lunch can be ordered for the second day (Sunday). Please order at the registration desk during the first day (Saturday). Those who plan to attend the special luncheon presentation can order lunch on Saturday, and receive it between 11:55 and 12:10 on Sunday.
