Program
Registration and the Special Lectures
- Please pay the participation fee onsite, at the registration desk. Participation fee is 1000 yen for students, 3000 yen for members, and 6000 yen for non-members (except students). Students of undergraduate and graduate schools must show their student ID at registration.
- Special Lecture 1 and Special Lecture 2 on Day 1 (September 24) will be open to all (without fee). The Special Lectures will also be live streamed via Zoom (up to 300 viewers). Zoom information will be posted on this page prior to the meeting.

To the Participants
- Given that the convenience stores nearest to the venue are relatively far and that lunch break is not long, we recommend that you bring your lunch to the venue).
- There will be a resting area and an exhibit of books on the 2nd Floor of Building 2 for both days.
- Smoking is prohibited on campus. Please also refrain from smoking on the streets around campus.
To All Presenters
- There is Wi-Fi at the venue, but please be ready to present without Internet connection just in case it is lost (e.g., by bringing presentation materials locally).
- Please register to the conference early enough for your presentation. If possible, please register on the first day of the meeting.
To the Presenters at the Oral Sessions
- Presenting time is 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes Q&A. The presentation may be terminated by the chair in case it exceeds the time limit egregiously.
- The projectors at the venue features HDMI ports as well as a D-sub 15 pin + 3.5mm audio jack. If additional adapters are required, please prepare your own.
- Please make sure that your device can be connected to the projector during the breaks, prior to your presentation.
To the Presenters at the Poster Session
- The size of your poster should be vertical A0 (1189 mm high and 841 mm wide).
- Please include the poster number (e.g., P1, P2) at the top of your poster.
- Poster presentation takes place on Day 2 (Sunday), from 13:30 to 14:30 (60 minutes). The core time for odd-numbered posters will be in the first 30 minutes, and the core time for even-numbered posters will be in the latter 30 minutes. Please stay with your poster during the core time.
- There will be no power supply or projector available at the venue.
Precautions to Prevent the Spread of Infectious Diseases
- Please refrain from attending the meeting if you have symptoms such as fever, for which COVID infection is suspected.
- Please wear a mask at the venue (please make sure it covers your nose).
- Please cooperate in taking measures against infectious diseases such as using disinfectant products, washing your hands, covering your mouth and nose with a mask when coughing, etc.
- In case the spread of infectious disease was confirmed at the meeting, please cooperate in making a contact list.
